The iTalkPTT 310 is a professional push-to-talk over cellular (PoC) radio for teams that need to talk across a city, a state or the country without building their own radio network. Calls travel over public 4G, 3G and 2G mobile networks or over Wi-Fi, so range is limited only by cellular coverage.
It is designed to feel like a radio, not a phone. A large PTT key, a loud speaker with noise reduction and voice announcements for channel and group changes let users operate it by touch and ear. The 2.0-inch color display shows group, status and battery at a glance.
Built-in GPS reports each user’s position to the iTalkPTT dispatch platform, NFC supports guard-patrol checkpoints, and Bluetooth connects wireless earpieces. Dual SIM slots give the option of two carriers for redundancy, and an external camera accessory can record audio and video from the field.
A 4000 mAh battery carries a full shift, with a 5200 mAh high-capacity option for longer days. For harsh environments the 310 is available with IP67 ingress protection tested to MIL-STD-810G.
