Radios you can trade in
Portable two-way radios from Motorola Solutions and other manufacturers qualify, including:
- Business-band conventional and trunked portable two-way radios (all brands)
- VHF and UHF portable two-way radios
- 200, 700, 800 and 900 MHz portable two-way radios
- Push-to-talk (PTT) cellular / broadband devices with a physical PTT button
Not eligible: FRS, GMRS, marine, amateur, avionics, scanners, CB radios, SSB, pagers, cordless and cell phones, mobile radios, and Motorola Solutions public safety products.
How it works
- Buy radios in sets of 10 of the same series (R7, R5 or R2) on a single invoice, and trade in the same number of eligible radios.
- There’s no maximum — buy and trade in as many sets of 10 as you need.
- You can use more than one of the R7, R5 and R2 offers, but each set of 10 must be a single series (for example, 5 R7 + 5 R5 does not qualify).
- Your discount appears as a separate line item on your Communications Express invoice. We handle the trade-in paperwork for you.
