Theo Meyyappan is the General Manager for Communications Express and has more than 10 years of Business Management Experience with companies like Citigroup, Ameritox etc. Theo Meyyappan has a Masters in Business Administration Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and acquired Communications Express from its previous owners in 2012.

Jonathan is the Service Manager for Communications Express and has been with the company for more than 10 years and has an Associate degree in Computer, Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering from Tesst College of Technology, and has various certifications from Motorola and Corning Mobile Access. He has worked extensively on various platforms including MOTOTRBO ANALOG, DIGITAL, P25 and various system configurations including Linked Capacity Plus, Capacity Plus, IP Site Connect etc.

Paula Weaver has been with Communications Express for 17 years. She worked in various capacities as an Office Manager and an Inside Sales Representative. She also handles functions of Radio Express which is a smaller company owned by Communications Express. She is a go to person for two way radios and knowledge on the Motorola Catalogs. Paula is the deputy in Theo’s absence.

Stephanie is in Inside Sales at Communications Express. She has been with Communications Express for 12 years. Her main areas of concentration are taking inbound sales and service calls and procuring and up selling these accounts. Her previous work experience included stints in the retail industry. She is a two way radio expert. Stephanie also programs every radio prior to shipment.
